    ** IRAQI Refugees

You have heard.. You have seen. The news is still grim in Iraq. Some Iraqi's have made Atlanta their new home. The Arabic Church is their spiritual place. We have Muslims whom never have heard of the word before and now are looking at Christ as their new Savior. See above as two shiaa's have converted to Christianity. Thanks to their openness and the work of the Lord through the Arabic Church Members.

The Arabic Church in Atlanta now is home to over than 9 Iraqi Families. Please keep them on your Prayer's List.

  • You need one to one advice in your spiritual life:

If you need consultation with the pastor you can see him after each service in the chapel or at the Fellowship hour. Pastor Elias Awabdy is also available to speak with you. Please come to church and see either pastor.

Iraqi Refugees Baby... Please read.

Laieth was born in Syria in a makeshift hospital to an Iraqi Refugee family as they were fleeing harm in Iraq. Now attending our Arabic Church here in Atlanta. Laieth needs your prayer. Laieth has a Brain Paralysis (or Paralyzed in some segment in the brain) He is two years old.

In Brief:

He has been to see a few doctors.

No help yet. His folks do not have a job. He needs lots of love and care. Diapers are expensive.

If you can help this family in any way, let us know. They need the following.

1- Cash to support some of the medical prescription

2- Transportation - if you have a car you can donate, they will certainly use it.

God Bless you..
